Massively adjustable - this vest can be worn snug up against the torso, or loose over a jacket. The Hacker is made from jet black cotton canvas and lined with a slightly padded netting for breathability, and is completed with adjustable cotton canvas straps that attach via click-to-lock seatbelt style closures on one end, and thread through adjustable silver rings on the other end.
